Zlata began her medical career with the Oklahoma Blood Institute, where she worked as a phlebotomy specialist and manager. She later joined one of Oklahoma’s largest men’s clinics as a front office manager before leaving in 2023 to join Ultimate Men’s Clinic.

Since joining the team, Zlata has developed extensive knowledge of the entire patient experience, from welcoming new patients and managing front-office operations to understanding back-office processes, treatments, and medication coordination.

Her experience in men’s sexual health, dedication to patient satisfaction, and ability to maintain a comfortable and welcoming clinic environment make her an important part of both the patient experience and day-to-day operations at Ultimate Men’s Clinic.
